Are you thinking about becoming a Pinterest Virtual Assistant? Then you have landed on the right post!

I will break down the 4 things you want to know about becoming a Pinterest Virtual Assistant.

I’m Megan! I have been working in the Pinterest Marketing field for over seven years. I have sold over 5,000 courses on Pinterest Marketing, worked with 100’s of clients, and in 2020 decided I would teach others how to do what I do and become a Pinterest Virtual Assistant. A Job that earns me a steady 6 figure income. No, that did NOT happen overnight. Again, I’ve been at it for seven years now! BUT it’s 10000% achievable if you have the drive!

Since then, I have helped over 1,500 students start their own successful Pinterest Virtual Assistant business. A business many of them have turned into a full-time career! All of which you can do remotely (in your PJ’s if you want) from the comfort of your own home.

This post will cover the questions I get asked the most on becoming a Pinterest Virtual Assistant!

Ready? Let’s dive in!

What is a Pinterest Virtual Assistant?

Believe it or not, Pinterest is one of the fastest-growing platforms for online marketing.

In 2021 Pinterest’s ad revenue surpassed 2.58 BILLION dollars. An over 50% increase from the year before. What does that mean? Now more than ever, businesses are realizing that Pinterest is a traffic-driving powerhouse they can use to sell their products and promote their websites.

The reality of it all is it takes someone who knows how the platform works to be successful on it. It’s a lot more complicated than simply uploading a cute image and saving it to a board.

Pinterest Marketing involves knowledge of Pinterest SEO and how to analyze data correctly to figure out what is working for your specific client.

A Pinterest virtual assistant’s job is to help get traffic to a client’s website or online store. It involves:

  • Pinterest SEO
  • Profile setup and optimization
  • Website confirmation
  • Rich Pins
  • Analytics analysis
  • Metrics analysis
  • Strategy
  • Pin design
  • Conversion strategy
  • AND sometimes ads or promoted pins.

What kind of income can you bring in as a Pinterest VA?

Most Pinterest VA’s can start out charging 25+ dollars an hour. But, after seven years, I have a set rate of $75 an hour, AND I have a few brand-name clients with $2,000+ a month packages. Pretty sweet, right?

Here is one of my students who makes a steady 5 figure income from her Pinterest VA business, and she is a full-time stay-at-home Mother!

I took Megan’s bundle (VA Ninja + Pinterest) almost 2 years ago, and it was one of the best choices! I not only started my Pinterest VA business right away but also started to earn $3k cash months consistently as a stay-at-home mom! Some of the many things I love about her teaching style is that she is very easy to understand and provides a step-by-step process from start to finish! There are many Pinterest programs out there full of “fluff” or basic info, but Megan’s e-courses gave me the confidence to take my Pinterest knowledge to the next level and become a coach myself! Today, I earn 5 figure income because of the Pinterest foundation she taught me! Her courses are a no-brainer cost for the value and support she provides for her community inside her FB group!

If you are willing to put in the work, they sky is the limit when it comes to income.

Do you need to know Pinterest Marketing?

Yes. You want to have a good handle on all the bullet points I covered above.

However, I offer a monthly-updated Pinterest Marketing course that will give you all of the knowledge AND skills you will need to become a successful Pinterest Virtual Assistant.

How do you know if this will be the right career for you?

You have to have a good work ethic to start your own business. You are the one running the show. And you will get out of it what you put into it. Sadly the money and clients don’t just show up. But if you are willing to put in the work, you will have a ton of success!

  • You have to have basic technology skills. You need to know how to create pins in Canva or a graphic design program of your choice, and you have to be a little creative. You will be designing all different types of pins for various clients.
  • You need to know the basics of starting and running a website since you will need a place for potential clients to land.
  • You should be analytical. A large part of the job is reviewing pin metrics and analyzing analytics to see what is and is not working.
