Blogging can be stressful. I know when you start out you may not think that something as simple as blogging (sounds) can be stressful, but if you really want to make a career out of it, it can be. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. I don’t know about you but I love a good schedule, a good routine. I find that I function much better and am MUCH more productive if I have a good schedule to follow. Plus, I create much better content that way!

Let me break it down

I TRY not to spend more than 30 min a day really focusing on my blog. Somedays I do spend much more than 30 min, but I try and limit my time so I don’t get too overwhelmed. I plan out my WHOLE week on Sundays. I like to have a good handle on what is going on with my week. Again this helps SO much with productivity.

I created this 7-day blogging schedule to help you lay out your weeks. It will only have you working 30 min MAX per day (though you can do more if you want) and it will only have you create 1 new blog post a week. This is the EXACT schedule I follow and it’s been working GREAT for me! Again, you can obviously create more than one blog post a week, but I am trying to make this stress free and not super time consuming, since I know a lot of bloggers do this part time!

Here is how the schedule works

You are going to be planning out ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. So during the week you will write one blog post that you will promote the FOLLOWING week. Make sense? This way you can take it day by day, really create some killer content and focus on really promoting it. This schedule also includes different threads to participate in, within a few different Facebook groups. This way you can promote your content even more!

This schedule will lay it all out for you and hopefully help alleviate some of the stress that can come along with blogging!
